72: Sonsonate 9

Dear Family,

How's it going? It's been great here in El Salvador. This week, we've been to San Salvador, Santa Ana, my companion got his patriarchal blessing...pretty much everything except work in our area. So we really haven't had much results this week because of all of that, but it was an adventure.

On Wednesday, we went to Santa Ana to have a special lunch with the President for our success. It was a lot of fun. We ate nachos and hot dogs. President just moved into a new house (they've been constructing it, but not it's finished). It's awesome! Way big. So yeah, that was a good day.

On Thursday, we went to San Salvador, and I had to sit outside of the immigration building for 3 hours with Elder Bockelman and Hermana De Leon. We played a game that consisted of bouncing a quarter off a desk into a bottle cap for all that time. Yep...good stuff. Oh, and we also studied. Then we had a feast at Wendy's.

Well, also, my companion got his patriarchal blessing this week. I got to hear it, it was pretty cool.

Hope everything is going well back home.

Take care,
Elder Bailey
